Workout Labs is a fantastic website that I discovered a few months ago. You get to pick different parts of your body that you wish to work on, whether that be arms, belly or legs. It then offers you drawings of each excercise appropriate to your problem area, the drawings range from excercise that you can do in your room to ones that you would need gym equipment.
What I found great about this website, not only is it free, it is personal to you. You can make a many workouts as you like and they simply download on to your computer as a printable PDF.
This particular workout that I have created is for use in the comfort of the four walls of my quaint student house bedroom, for when I can not be bothered to go to the gym.
This workout does not require much room and lasts for about 15 minutes.
I chose to do each excersice three times that way I am maximising the burn of the workout in a short period of time. As they say if you cannot feel the excercise it simply is not working.
I recommend any student to take a look at the website and have fun creating their personal regimes.
